Registration and online payment
Warning:
1) For regular participants to the SW12 conference : To finalize your registration, you must pre-register
first. If you have not done yet, please go to the online
Pre-registration form and
follow the instructions.
2) For accompanying persons who wish to purchase extras for the social events only: (deadline 1 June 2009) you may skip the scientific
pre-registration above mentionned by using
this direct URL
and then select the "pre-registation" link for SW12. You will then get a "pre-registration form" that you
need to fill up specifically for each accompanying person: select in the field "Tarification" the option "Fee-exempt or accompanying person" (if
you don't, you should be asked to pay again the regular registration fee of 480 euros). Please also provide an email address which is different of
what you gave at the scientific pre-registration time (this is because nobody can pre-register twice with the same email, even if it is not the same
person!). Note that you may fill up every mandatory fields regarding the "organization" by a lot of "n/a".
After having preregistered one way or another, you should receive, some time later, a naughty email
with the subject: "SW12 - Your pre-registration has been registred".
In fact, this email shall invite you to connect to the link given here below and then to proceed to online payment with a CC on a secure web site.

To access the webpage, you must use exactly the same Name, first Name and email as given at
the preregistration time. If you don't wish to proceed to any payment now, please validate only the first page (and you may resume your online payment
later).
For regular participant : On the next pages of the form, regarding the fee payment, you will be asked for your participation (or not) at the
Gala dinner and/or at the excursion to the Mont Saint-Michel (we remind that these events are anyway included in the registration fee for each participant),
and you may also purchase supplements for these events for one accompanying person (the deadline to registrate for the social events is 1 June 2009).
