Registration fee and payment information

The registration fee is 380 € if paid by April, 8th 2009, 480 € thereafter

For each registered participant, the fee includes the reception, the conference dinner, the excursion, coffee breaks, lunches, and the book of the proceedings. Accompanying persons will have to pay a personalized fee (that is 60 € for the excursion and 65 € for the dinner).

After pre-registration, the payment of the registration fee can be made :

DOT by secure Online Payment using a Credit Card, directly from this registration web site.

DOT by Bank Transfer of 380 €, if done by April 8th, 2009, 480 € thereafter , (For international transfers, you need to make sure that the transfert is free of charges to the beneficiary). You may get more informations following this link.

DOT by Cheque of 380 €, if sent by April 8th, 2009, 480 € thereafter (Cheques must be issued in Euro). You may get more informations following this link.

DOT On your arrival at the conference :
We will accept Credit Card or a cheque in Euro from an European bank only. The registration fee then will be 480 € .

We are sorry that we can't accept cash for the registration fee payment.
