On Sunday 19th evening, from 5pm to 8pm, a welcome reception will be organised in the beautiful historical building of the Observatoire de Paris (entrance through the 61, Avenue de l'Observatoire ).
A registration desk will be available during that reception, and we recommend that you register at that time to avoid endless queuing on Monday morning.

On Monday and Thuesday, the conference is planned to be held at the Amphitheatre Poincaré (Ministere de la Recherche - Carre des Sciences – 25 rue de la Montagne Sainte Geneviève - 75005 Paris ), in the heart of Quartier Latin, close to the Sorbonne and the Pantheon , not very far from the Observatoire de Paris that you may reach by a 20 minutes walk through the very pleasant Jardin du Luxembourg .
The first session will begin at 8h30, light breakfast starting at 8h00.

On Tuesday 20h , dinner at "Musée de l'air et de l'espace".

On Wednesday, it will be held at the Observatoire de Paris , in the grandiose historical Salle Cassini located on the line of the Paris meridian.
The first session will begin at 9h00.
