    Comments: Brightness fluctuations were in the GSC... Controled thanks to the newly available Hipparcos-Tycho Catalog (Dec. 3). Hint of a 1' tail in PA 250. Late December: slightly fading. Feb.17-24: Last observations, m1=14 is the very limit for such observations with a 25.6cm (unless coatings are improved). See you in 2004?
