- Science
1. A group of investigation on Sun-Earth relationships has been formed. It is composed by 15 persons from several laboratories (LESIA, IAS, CETP, LPCE, Grenoble Observatory).
Leader of the group: Christian Hanuise.
The work is supported by the National Programme for Sun and Earth (PNST).

2. Lectures for the high school teachers accepted by the Paris Rectorate (IUFM)
- Public activities
3. Exhibition "From Sun to Earth" (shared with Belgium and Switzerland). It will be exposed at the Paris Observatory from November 5 to December 16, 2007.

4. Building of a Terrela at the Grenoble observatory: this system artificially creates aurora (Birkeland explained the aurora phenomena with such an instrument). It will serve for the re-opening of the Vaulx-en-Velin (close from Lyon) planetarium in October 2006 and available for exhibitions in 2007 Contact: Jean Lilensten (@obs.ujf-grenoble.fr).
5. Communication service of INSU will coordinate the "open doors day" of June 2007

6. Contact is taken with french amator astronomers specialised in solar observations. We want to stimulate their participation to several public activities.
