We are focused on popularization of heliophysics and our main activities in the IHY program are concentrated in that direction.

We announced 3 types of a competition:
1. Observational : for 3 age categories - <15 years, 15-25 years and >25 years of ageWhat to observe:
- solar spots
- derive time of the solstice from sun-rises and sun-sets
- derive geografical longitude of the observer from the height of the Sun For all these topics there is a detailed advice and help on our web pages.
2. Solar energyAim of this topic is to create web pages describing advantages and benefits of solar energy.
3. Universe as seen by childrens between 6 and 10 years old.Children will have to draw or create by any technics a picture how they see our universe or one of its parts.
There are different deadlines for the three topics and I will report on best results (winners) during the next year.

- A meeting of our national IHY committee on May 15, 2006- Observatory in Ondrejov will be open to all the visitors on June 10, 2007.
