On the determination of the rotational period of delta Sct stars

Abstract

We call attention on the possibility of determining the rotational period of a nonradial pulsating star by combining photometric and spectroscopic techniques. The periods are obtained for three delta Sct stars, i.e. X Cae, BV Cir and HD 2724.
